WEDNESDAY | 7pm - 8.15pm | Yin Yoga | All Levels
Yin yoga targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body, increasing circulation in the joints and improving overall flexibility. Slow and meditative, this practice teaches you how to create space in your body, physical and mental, leaving you lighter and brighter. Register
